For many days after the storm passed, An Nhon Bac ward lost power, making it impossible for apricot growers to irrigate in time. Some families had to rent diesel and gasoline pumps to save their gardens.
Mr. Pham Thanh Hoa (in Tam Hoa residential group) shared: "The storm wind blew in, carrying salty water vapor. After the storm, there was no rain, causing the apricot leaves to dry out. Falling leaves make the buds bloom early. People are trying to take care of them. If any tree recovers, they hope to sell it at the end of the year to earn some capital. If any tree blooms early, they have to accept it and keep it for the next crop."

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Nhon Bac Ward, confirmed: "Yellow apricot is the main crop of the people here. With the current situation, many apricot gardens will bloom early, and people will lose the apricot crop at the end of the year. Most people who grow apricots borrow from banks to invest, so this impact creates a lot of pressure. The government recommends that the province and banks have policies to extend debt, freeze debt and support loans for people to reinvest."
