Nearly 180 people joined the security force in Chu Se commune.

(GLO)- On the morning of November 12, the People's Committee of Chu Se commune (Gia Lai province) held a ceremony to launch the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in the commune.

Accordingly, the force provided with military equipment by the Provincial Police has 179 members, with 52 members being ethnic minorities. The force participating in protection at the grassroots level will be evenly distributed into 51 teams in charge of 51 hamlets and villages in Chu Se commune.

It is known that Chu Se commune after merging from 5 localities (Chu Se town, Dun commune, Ia Pal commune, Ia Blang commune and Ia Glai commune) has a large natural area and a large population. The commune has 2 national highways 14 and 25 passing through, posing potential risks to security and order.

Therefore, the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level plays a core role in coordinating with the police force and the political system at the grassroots level to proactively grasp the area and deploy specific measures to ensure security and order.

Specifically, supporting the construction of a model for the entire population to protect national security; supporting fire prevention and fighting; supporting the issuance of ID cards and electronic identification; supporting the mobilization and education of people who have violated the law residing at the grassroots level; supporting patrols, ensuring security and order, traffic safety in the commune...

After the launching ceremony, Mr. Ly Anh Sang - Secretary of the Chu Se Commune Party Committee visited and presented a gift of 2 million VND to the Head of the Security and Order Protection Team of Village 6.
