Exhibition booth "President Ho Chi Minh with the Capital Police.
In just over 4 hours of implementation, the Hanoi City Police (CAHN) has recorded nearly 3,000 data files related to vehicle registration and Driver's Licenses (GPLX). This is the result of CAHN's efforts in digital transformation, along with the strong consensus and support from the people of the capital.
This campaign to update and digitize traffic data was organized by CAHN with high speed and efficiency, showing careful preparation in terms of human resources and technical processes.
This figure not only shows the speed of implementation but also shows the great need of people to update accurate information to the national data system, as well as the effective handling capacity of the police force.
Data collection and updating are carried out in parallel on two of the most important groups of records in the field of vehicle and driver management:
The digitalization of driving licenses is to integrate this information into the electronic identification application (VNeID) and other digital platforms. This helps simplify administrative procedures and supports the work of checking and comparing information quickly and accurately.
Vehicle registration records are updated promptly, significantly adding to the vehicle database, helping to improve the effectiveness of State management of traffic safety and order, vehicle tracking and the fight against related crimes.
The Hanoi City Police Force has focused all resources and applied a scientific and streamlined working process to optimize the time for processing documents. Professionalism, high sense of responsibility and determination to complete the task are the driving forces that help officers and soldiers overcome time limits to achieve the set goals.
The campaign's success cannot be achieved without the proactive and active cooperation of the people. The people's quick response and proactive provision of information have reduced waiting and processing time, creating the most favorable conditions for the authorities to complete their tasks in the shortest time. This is a clear demonstration of the close relationship and companionship between the police force and the people of the capital in the process of building a digital government.
The rapid updating of nearly 3,000 data records in just over four hours is an important step forward, not only strengthening the national population database system but also laying a solid foundation for building a smarter, more modern and safer capital.
