On the medium voltage grid, the entire EVNCPC recorded 600 incidents, of which 572 have been restored. The areas still without power are mainly in flooded areas, mountainous areas, and landslide and traffic-cutoff locations such as Nam Phuoc, Duy Xuyen, Thang Dien, Thang Truong, Ha Nha, Phuoc Thanh, Dien Ban, Dien Ban Dong, A Vuong, Tay Giang, Hung Son, Que Phuoc, Nong Son, Tra Leng, Nam Tra My, Tra Tap, Tra Linh, Tra Giap.

As soon as the water receded and traffic was cleared, power forces quickly approached the scene, checked equipment, handled problems and replaced damaged materials to quickly restore power supply.

Mr. Ngo Tan Cu, General Director of EVNCPC said: "The Central region's electricity sector is working day and night to restore electricity to people as soon as possible, especially in areas cut off by landslides. By this morning, the entire Central region's electricity system has basically stabilized, with only some remote areas and complex terrain remaining inaccessible.

We continue to maintain 24/7 duty, closely coordinate with local authorities and functional forces to strive to complete the restoration of all power supply on November 2, contributing to the early stabilization of people's lives and production after the flood. We will only handle areas that are not yet safe or have traffic disruptions as soon as conditions allow."
