Generali Vietnam inaugurates second 'Lion Playground' in Can Tho

Each item in the playground, from the slide, seesaw or swing, was completed by the Generali Vietnam team - turning this project into a gift full of love for the students of Truong Long Tay 2 Primary School.

A festival of joy and sharing

Following the first playground launched in An Giang on the occasion of the recent Mid-Autumn Festival, Generali, in collaboration with BTTE Vietnam Fund, continues to bring the second Lion Playground to Truong Long Tay 2 Primary School - one of the schools with many difficulties in terms of facilities in Can Tho city.

The Lion Playground is designed with environmentally friendly materials such as old tires, wood from managed plantations, treated by natural methods - things that seem to be discarded are revived to bring new joy to children. This playground will also be integrated into physical education classes and extracurricular activities of the school - contributing to improving motor skills, harmoniously developing both physical and mental health for students here.

The playground inauguration event was attended by local authorities, teachers, parents, 70 Generali Vietnam staff and more than 200 students. The school campus was filled with laughter with a series of exciting activities and excitement about the new colorful and safe playground. The fun folk game booths and the gifts given brought the children unexpected joy, adding energy to a memorable day.

During the program, Generali Vietnam also presented 40 special gifts to disadvantaged students with excellent academic achievements. Each gift is a sincere encouragement, a source of motivation for the students to be more confident in pursuing their passion and constantly strive on their learning path.

In particular, the school will open freely on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends, so that not only the school's students but also children in the area can come to play and explore , contributing to creating a joyful playground for local children.

Through play, children not only exercise physically, but also learn to think, be creative, interact socially and develop emotionally. A safe and healthy play space helps children learn to explore the world around them, build confidence and nurture their imagination, all of which are fundamental factors for comprehensive development.
