Silver price today November 14: Maintains high level, each kg of silver exceeds 56 million VND

On the morning of November 14, the silver bar price of Sacombank Gold and Gemstone Company (SBJ) was listed at 2,001 million VND/tael for buying and 2,052 million VND/tael for selling, down 6,000 VND per tael compared to yesterday morning.

In the opposite direction, Phu Quy Group increased the buying and selling price by VND 1,000/tael to VND 2,044 million/tael for buying and VND 2,107 million/tael for selling.

Ancarat and Golden Fun also pushed silver prices far beyond the 2 million VND mark, with Golden Fund even selling at 2.11 million VND/tael.

With silver bars, Phu Quy is trading at 54.5 million VND/kg for buying and 56.18 million VND/kg for selling.

In the past week, silver price has increased by about 10% and is returning to the historical peak set last October at 2.14 million VND/tael.

Silver prices today in the domestic market have fluctuated strongly in recent days due to the influence of world prices.

In the international market, spot silver price is at 53.28 USD/ounce, slightly down from the previous session but still maintaining at the highest level in about the past month.

During last night’s trading session, silver prices fluctuated strongly, at one point reaching a historic high of $54.4/ounce. However, immediately after that, strong profit-taking pressure caused silver prices to reverse and fall again.

In just the past week, silver prices have recovered all of the losses from the sell-off in October.

Jim Wyckoff, senior market analyst at Kitco, said that the silver price's movement of reaching a peak and then falling immediately after is normal.

According to analysts, not only gold but also silver is benefiting from expectations that the US economy will slow down, forcing the US Federal Reserve (FED) to cut interest rates next month and maintain the rate cut momentum in 2026.

Currently, the world silver price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 1.69 million VND/tael.
