Domestic silver prices increased sharply, maintaining upward momentum for many consecutive days.
Today, December 7, 2025, Phu Quy silver price is listed at 2,196 million VND/tael for buying and 2,264 million VND/tael for selling. The increase of 6,000 VND/tael in both directions helps the difference between buying and selling to stay at 68,000 VND/tael. Compared to last week, the buying price increased by 78,000 VND and the selling price increased by 80,000 VND/tael, bringing the price level to a new high.
For 1kg silver, Phu Quy silver price continued to increase sharply when buying at 58,559 million VND/kg and selling at 60,373 million VND/kg. The increase of 160,000 VND/kg in the day and more than 2 million VND/kg in the week shows that trading is very active.
This morning, Sacombank 's Kim Phuc Loc SBJ silver bars were listed at VND2,142 - 2,196 million/tael, unchanged from the previous session. However, on a weekly basis, SBJ silver prices increased by VND138,000/tael for buying and VND141,000/tael for selling. The current range between the two prices is VND54,000/tael.
At Ancarat, 2024 Ancarat 999 silver bars were traded at VND2,194 - 2,244 million/tael, a slight increase of VND5,000/tael during the day. During the week, the price of this type of silver increased by a total of VND80,000/tael.
For 2025 Ancarat 999 silver bars (1kg), the buying price reached VND57,590 million/kg and the selling price was VND59,340 million/kg. The increase of VND134,000/kg in the day and more than VND2.1 million/kg in the week put this type of silver in the group with the strongest increase at present.
World silver price increased by nearly 3.4%, heading towards a new price zone
In the international market, the spot silver price in Asia closed the week at 58.29 USD/ounce. During the week, the world silver price increased by 1.89 USD/ounce, equivalent to 3.35%. This is a very strong increase, supporting the upward momentum of the domestic market.
Silver stocks in London vaults rose 3.5% in November to 27,187 tonnes, reflecting both increased investment and industrial demand, providing further support to prices, according to LBMA data.
Gold reserves in London also increased slightly to 8,907 tonnes, but at a slower pace than silver. Many experts believe that money is prioritizing the white metal thanks to the prospect of industrial consumption and investment attraction at the end of the year.
The sharp increase in silver prices for many consecutive weeks shows that the market is entering an acceleration phase, preparing for the year-end trading cycle, when demand for jewelry, investment and industry all increase.
London reserve data shows strong money flows into silver, reinforcing expectations that prices will continue to hold highs or enter new peaks in the coming period.
