Silver price today December 9: Set a new peak, reaching an unprecedented level

(NLDO) - Silver prices continued to increase today in both domestic and international markets, 1kg of Phu Quy silver exceeded 60.2 million VND.

On the morning of December 9, Sacombank Gold and Gemstone Company (SBJ) listed the buying price of silver at VND2,148 million/tael and the selling price at VND2,202 million/tael, an increase of VND3,000 per tael compared to yesterday morning.

Domestic silver prices vary between brands. Phu Quy Group traded silver bar prices up to 2.191 million VND/tael for buying and 2.259 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of 7,000 VND.

1kg of Phu Quy Silver also exceeded the 60.2 million VND mark, more than double the 30 million VND mark at the beginning of the year.

Some other brands such as Ancarat sell silver bars at 2.259 million VND/tael, while Golden Fund sells at a higher price of 2.265 million VND/tael.

This is the highest domestic silver price ever.

Silver prices are at an all-time high today.

In the international market, silver price today is being traded at 58.37 USD/ounce, up 0.29% compared to the previous session, at an unprecedented high.

Many people expressed surprise when they saw that the silver price has not stopped increasing and is at a historical peak. On some investment forums, the demand for exchanging and asking to buy and sell silver has also increased.

On the other hand, some experts advise that although silver prices have been increasing continuously since the beginning of the year, the silver market size is still small and prices often fluctuate more strongly than gold.

Currently, the world silver price converted according to the listed exchange rate is about 1,858 million VND/tael.
