Lam Dong hosted the Global Coffee Heritage Festival for the first time with the aim of bringing the value of Vietnamese coffee closer to the international community. The festival took place from December 18, 2025 to January 2, 2026 at Lam Vien Square (Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat). The event gathered more than 34 coffee and culinary booths, along with many creative activities such as the model "Coffee and Heritage - Journey to Connect the World" or the painting "Aspiration for Vietnamese Robusta Coffee" made from robusta beans, which achieved a Vietnamese record.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, December will be the time for a series of international activities revolving around the theme of coffee to strengthen the Lam Dong coffee brand in key areas. The festival falls right at the peak tourist season at the end of the year, helping to promote the coffee industry and local tourism image to attract more tourists and investors.
From a business perspective, Ms. Le Hoang Diep Thao, General Director of TNI King Coffee, said that Vietnam is one of the world's leading coffee producing countries. The 2025 festival not only honors coffee beans but also conveys cultural stories, helps expand cooperation and export opportunities, contributes positively to the local economy and enhances Vietnam's image in the international arena.
The organizers assessed that the event in Da Lat has a scale and stature that surpasses the 9 Coffee Festivals held in Buon Ma Thuot. Taking place in a famous tourist city with the participation of many international businesses and experts will help spread the value of Vietnamese coffee more strongly.

Inventories in consuming countries remain very low, as the market begins to recover from last weekend’s sell-off. Arabica stocks monitored by ICE fell to a 1.75-year low of 398,645 bags, while ICE robusta stocks fell to a 4.5-month low of 5,134 lots.
In Brazil, while the weather has shown signs of improvement, some areas still have rainfall below the multi-year average. Experts say it is too early to make accurate predictions about the 2026-2027 crop. In Vietnam, floods caused by successive storms have delayed harvest progress and raised concerns about robusta quality, as buyers continue to assess the damage.
Early morning of November 26, storm No. 15 appeared in the East Sea with intensity of level 10, gusts of level 13 and is likely to strengthen to level 11, gusts of level 14 when entering the central area of the East Sea. At 4:00 a.m., the center of the storm was located at about 12.2 degrees North latitude; 119.1 degrees East longitude, 540 km east of Song Tu Tay island, moving northwest at a speed of 20-25 km/h.
In addition to weather and supply-demand factors, coffee prices also received support when the USD/DXY index fell sharply to 99.74 points at the closing time, thereby reinforcing the upward trend in the commodity market.
