After 3 years of launching, the Organizing Committee has received 140 entries (including more than 100 novels) from 132 authors.
According to the assessment of the Final Jury, the works vividly reflected current issues, non-traditional security challenges in social life, and the silent and persistent contributions of the People's Public Security force. The quality of the contest was relatively high, especially in the novel genre. Many works made a strong impression, approaching the authenticity and vividness of reality, contributing to enriching the appearance of contemporary Vietnamese literature.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded a total of 34 prizes, including 4 A prizes, 6 B prizes, 12 C prizes and 12 consolation prizes. Gia Lai province had 3 authors winning prizes.

In the novel category, author Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy was awarded the C prize with the work "Migrant Smoke", the content revolves around the struggle to eliminate drug abuse in a locality where the majority of residents are Tay and Nung ethnic minorities who migrated from Cao Bang to the Central Highlands.
In the same category, author Le Vi Thuy won an encouragement prize with the novel "Parallel Lines", outlining the relentless efforts of the police force in the fight against and solving cases involving criminals with psychological problems.
In the memoir category, author Le Thi Kim Son was awarded the C prize with her work “Mang Yang - Peaceful Heavenly Gate” about the desolate and desolate villages at the foot of Mang Yang Pass (Gia Lai Province) due to bad customs such as witchcraft, witchcraft and the Ha Mon cult. Thanks to the correct policies of the Party and State, the close supervision of the local government and especially the enthusiasm of Senior Lieutenant Le Tuan Thanh (working at the Hra Commune Police, who initiated and implemented many projects rich in humanity for the community), these villages have gradually regained their vitality and peace.
