If calculated from the beginning of the year, the buyer of SJC gold at the price of 67 million VND/tael now only makes a profit of 50,000 VND/tael. If sold at this time at the price of 66.35 million VND/tael, the customer loses 650,000 VND/tael.
On the world market, the spot gold price on July 1 (Vietnam time) was trading at 1,919 USD/ounce.
