Disbursement of public investment capital reached 52.4% of the plan - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

As of December 5, the whole province disbursed public investment capital of VND 5,120 billion 861 million/VND 9,767 billion 358 million, reaching 52.4% of the plan.

Of which, the disbursed capital of the provincial departments, branches and sectors is 3,941 billion VND/7,479 billion VND, reaching 52.7% of the plan; the disbursed capital of the People's Committees of 56 communes and wards is 1,179 billion VND/2,287 billion VND, reaching 51.6% of the plan.

Contractors focus on speeding up construction progress without encountering problems in site clearance.

According to the Department of Finance's assessment, compared to the end of November 30, 2025, 19 units increased their disbursement rankings, of which Ca Thanh Commune People's Committee was the unit with the highest ranking increase (up 32 positions from 52nd to 23rd in the ranking by disbursement rate from low to high); 40 units decreased their rankings and 12 units did not change their disbursement rankings.

For the People's Committees of communes and wards, 26/56 units generated new disbursement values. The investor units with disbursement rates below 30% are the communes: Phan Thanh (25.4%), Truong Ha (28.2%), Quang Uyen (28.5%).
