The final round of the Vietnam Logistics Young Talent Competition 2025 organized by the Vietnam Logistics Human Resources Development Association (VALOMA) has just officially ended. Gathering 12 best teams from the North and South, this year's competition is considered a dramatic competition of strategic thinking and practical technology application ability of Gen Z generation.
After 3 intense rounds of competition, the Challengers team of Foreign Trade University completely conquered the judges to win the overall first prize.

The group's project focuses on solving the urgent problem of new generation transport infrastructure. Specifically, the SMARTCHARGE solution is built as a shared platform, connecting the entire charging station system (outside the VinFast system) nationwide. This application helps users easily search for stations, monitor charging status, and support station owners to optimize operating processes. The feasibility and strategic vision of the project are highly appreciated in the context of electric vehicles exploding in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, Texco team from the College of Foreign Economic Relations won a double: Second prize and "Team with the Most Promising Project" prize.
Texco offers the solution “Application of AI – Blockchain – OCR in the process of preparing the Export Goods Declaration for requesting C/O”. The project aims to automate the declaration process, helping to reduce time, costs and manual errors. The highlight of the project is the ability to connect, automatically extract data and store it transparently on the Blockchain platform, promising to create a breakthrough for import-export businesses.
Two third prizes were awarded to two representatives with completely different approaches. Team 4PM - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education focused on agricultural logistics with the Ricelink Web platform. The pilot model in Dong Thap helps connect farmers with drying facilities, reduce post-harvest loss and increase the value of the rice supply chain.

Team 2TWIN - National Economics University focuses on seaport logistics with Decision Support System solution. The team uses Digital Twin technology to simulate Depot, helping to optimize vehicle flow and empty container arrangement, solving the problem of congestion at the port.
In addition to the main awards, the "Most Favorite Team" award went to PHAT - Vietnam Maritime University with overwhelming support from the community for the topic "IntelliBox: Safe shipping container for electronic components".
The Organizing Committee also awarded 8 Consolation Prizes to potential teams from Lac Hong University, Duy Tan University, RMIT Vietnam, Can Tho University of Technology and Engineering, Hue University of Economics, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Diplomatic Academy, and Maritime University.
According to the Organizing Committee, the projects in the final round painted a panoramic picture of a modern and smart logistics ecosystem. The serious investment of the teams showed that the ideas of the students went beyond the theoretical framework, closer to the actual needs of businesses, affirming the bravery of young human resources in the face of the challenges of the integrated economy.
