Identifying that adolescents are in the process of forming their personalities and are easily influenced by negative factors, Ea M'Droh Commune Police have proactively developed a diverse propaganda plan, suitable for each subject and age.
In early December, at Hung Vuong Primary and Secondary School, the Commune Police coordinated with the school to organize propaganda on traffic safety laws, drug prevention, electronic cigarettes, school violence and cyber safety skills for students.
Hung Vuong Primary and Secondary School has more than 60% of students being ethnic minorities. The school is located in village 6 and has a campus in Binh Hoa village.
Due to the specific age and living conditions, legal education for students is always focused on by the school through many measures.
Mr. Ho Ba Hoang, the school's principal, said that the school regularly focuses on disseminating the law to students, integrating it into class hours, and involving the police, families, and the self-management committees of villages and hamlets where the students live. For many years now, the school has coordinated with the police to organize specialized legal dissemination sessions directly carried out by police officers .
To enhance students’ understanding of the law, the school also organizes seminars to help students gain more useful legal knowledge. Diversifying forms of propaganda helps students grasp legal knowledge more easily, connecting with reality so that students understand clearly and avoid violations.

When students are equipped with legal knowledge early, they will reduce the risk of violations, know how to prevent social evils, be safer when participating in traffic and be more confident in detecting and denouncing acts of school violence. This is the core factor in building a safe and healthy school environment.
Vu Xuan Hoang, a 5A student, said that through propaganda sessions, disseminating regulations related to social order and safety, drug prevention at school, disseminating laws on traffic safety... helps him have the opportunity to expand his knowledge, thereby raising his awareness of complying with the law, especially when participating in traffic every day.

Along with organizing thematic talks at schools, Ea M'Droh Commune Police also skillfully coordinated with village chiefs, village elders, and prestigious people in the community to convey legal regulations to the people. With their understanding of customs and practices, prestigious people in the community helped the law to be interpreted in a familiar, easy-to-understand language, especially for ethnic minorities and teenagers.
In reality, when children listen to the propaganda of teachers combined with the teachings of village elders and prestigious people, the legal message will penetrate their consciousness more naturally and sustainably.
In Hiep Thanh village, more than 82% of the population are Tay, Nung, Dao ethnic groups. Mr. Nong Van Chung, a prestigious person in the village, regularly meets, warns, and advises young people not to gather, rev up the throttle, and speed, causing traffic safety problems. When he saw that more and more students in the village were using electric bicycles to go to school, he personally encouraged them to obey traffic laws, wear helmets, and be serious when participating in traffic.
“I use my own ethnic language to explain to my children and grandchildren the importance of understanding, having knowledge and obeying the law. I also often tell stories about the painful consequences of breaking the law so that young people can see and stay away from it. That is how we protect our villagers,” Mr. Nong Van Chung shared.

The situation of law violations among teenagers has shown a clear downward trend. More importantly, they have been more proactive in seeking knowledge and raising awareness of law compliance."
