Participating in the exchange were 45 students who are members of 3 "Leaders of Change" clubs in the villages: Mom Dao, Khe Tam, Tra Chau.

Club members participated in 3 competitions: the skit "Community Change" reflecting awareness and positive actions on gender equality, school violence, children's rights, reproductive health, customs and practices; the knowledge competition "Wise Leader" revolved around the content of gender equality, prevention and control of school violence, trafficking of women and children, children's rights; the art competition "Leader's Colors" demonstrated talent, courage and creativity through songs and dances, sending a message of responsibility to the community and homeland.



The Organizing Committee acknowledged the efforts, confidence, and creativity of the members from the three clubs, along with the sense of responsibility of the presenters in motivating, leading, and inspiring.



As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to Tra Chau village club; the second prize to Mom Dao village club; and the third prize to Khe Tam village club.
The program is not only a useful and healthy playground but also an educational forum and visual communication about issues facing youth and ethnic minority communities.
