Vietnamese law does not have any specific regulations on the age at which love can arise or any regulations that strictly prohibit students from falling in love. From a legal perspective, it is inappropriate for teachers to prevent students from falling in love.

In case a teacher uses words or actions that insult the honor and dignity of a student for love reasons, he or she may be fined up to 10 million VND according to Decree 04/2021/ND-CP.

However, it can be seen that teachers with their experience and responsibility always want students to limit their love life, to focus on studying or give advice on how to love life not to go beyond the limits of student age is to fulfill the responsibility of a teacher.
