Residential group No. 6 Tu Lien has 535 households with more than 2,000 people, most of whom are locals, with stable lives and solidarity.

In recent years, the patriotic emulation movement, the campaigns "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", "All people protect national security" have been maintained regularly, bringing practical results. People in the area have actively transformed the production structure, developed the model of growing kumquat trees, and strived to get rich.

The residential group always maintains the spirit of solidarity, and all emulation targets are excellently achieved. Thanks to that, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved; gratitude, humanitarian and charitable activities are maintained widely, spreading affection among the community.

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen expressed his joy at seeing people in the residential area united, attached, supporting each other, working together to build a new life. At the same time, people actively participated in emulation movements, humanitarian activities, charity, digital transformation; joining hands to build a "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environment, ensuring security, order and social safety.

According to comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen, the initial phase of implementing the two-level government model still faced many difficulties in terms of infrastructure, organizational structure, human resources and operating methods, but Hong Ha ward and residential group No. 6 Tu Lien have initially achieved positive results, creating a foundation for sustainable development. To achieve the common development goals of the Capital in the spirit of the Resolution of the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee said that each residential area and residential group must be a strong "cell" of the political system, doing well and doing correctly right from the grassroots, the whole city will have strong development.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee informed that the Red River landscape axis is currently being planned by the Central Government and the City to become a green axis, a flood escape axis and a new driving force for the socio -economic development of the Capital. The planning task has been completed, accordingly, the City will continue to seek opinions from the Central ministries and branches to complete the most optimal plan. Therefore, the people of Hong Ha ward need to clearly understand the policy, agree, support, and create favorable conditions for the planning to be implemented soon.

Emphasizing the importance of urban management, comrade Nguyen Manh Quyen requested the Party Committee and the government of Hong Ha ward to review and digitize all land data, make it public for people to monitor, ensure fairness and transparency in the implementation of projects, especially projects under the Red River axis planning. Along with that, the ward promotes democracy at the grassroots level, strengthens people's trust, mobilizes consensus and unity in the process of building and developing Hong Ha ward towards a modern and civilized urban area.

He also requested the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of ward and residential group No. 6 Tu Lien to continue to promote propaganda, promote the great national unity bloc; care for the material and spiritual life of the people; pay attention to and support poor households and policy families; build a united, safe and happy residential area.

On this occasion, city leaders presented gifts to 10 outstanding families; Hong Ha ward leaders presented gifts to 11 households in difficult circumstances.
