Mr. Le Quang Vinh (35 years old) has opened a Vietlott lottery ticket sales point for 7 years.
At C98 Nguyen Van Qua Street, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, a small Vietlott lottery ticket selling point has been open regularly for many years. The owner of the point is Mr. Le Quang Vinh (35 years old). Without a grand signboard or a spacious space, Mr. Vinh's ticket selling point still maintains a stable number of customers thanks to a simple but lasting factor: sincerity in the way he treats customers.
Sharing about his work, Mr. Vinh said that he came to the job of selling Vietlott lottery tickets quite by chance. Previously, he worked in the hotel industry and then switched to construction. Once, when he bought Vietlott tickets to try his luck, he realized that this type of lottery had potential for development and was suitable for his family's conditions, so he decided to register as a point of sale. Up to now, he has been in the profession for 7 years.

Not only is he a ticket seller, Mr. Vinh also takes on many other roles in the family. On weekdays, his wife goes to work, he stays home to look after the children and manage the point of sale. The job seems simple but requires perseverance, discipline and patience. However, according to Mr. Vinh, the income from selling Vietlott helps the family stabilize their lives and be more proactive with their time.
Meanwhile, according to him, peak hours at the point of sale are usually around noon and around 4:30-5:00 p.m., when workers and office workers get off work. At this time, customers come to buy Power 6/55, Mega 6/45 to check the results, while at noon, customers mainly buy Keno. The point of sale is also equipped with a screen for customers to directly follow the drawing results.
Notably, the customer base is quite diverse: from workers, small traders to office workers, small traders. Not only do they come to buy tickets, many people see this as a place to stop, chat, and relieve work pressure. According to Mr. Vinh, some people only spend 10,000 VND for a ticket, but the more important thing is to communicate and share everyday stories.

Furthermore, Mr. Vinh believes that the factor that makes customers come back is not only the product but also the service attitude. "Some people find me easy to talk to, so they come back. I sell tickets but I am also a listener and a sharer," he said. Every time a customer wins a prize, big or small, he is as happy as if it were his own relative winning the prize.
In parallel, among the regular customers is Mr. Hoang Linh (52 years old), who often visits Mr. Vinh's point of sale. Mr. Linh said that he once won 40 million VND with Keno and another time won 40 million VND with Max 3D Pro. In addition, small prizes are also won quite often, creating more joy and motivation for players.
Accordingly, Mr. Linh highly appreciated the enthusiasm and cheerfulness of the store owner. Mr. Linh said that it is the friendliness in the service that makes many people feel close, comfortable and continue to support.
For his part, Mr. Vinh shared that his biggest wish is to have more people win prizes, especially Jackpot prizes. According to him, when someone wins a big prize, the joy is spread and the trust of customers also increases.
