In recent times, in addition to tours and tourism products branded as “sea resorts”, the Southeast region of the province has implemented many eco-tourism models, river-lake-rapid-waterfall exploration tours... which have been very popular with tourists and have received good feedback. However, most of these destinations have not been properly invested in, mainly developed in a fragmented and spontaneous manner, and have not been fully exploited and attracted visitors like famous tourist destinations in the central region of the province such as: Datanla waterfall, Cam Ly, Prenn...

It can be seen that in the Ham Thuan Bac, Tanh Linh, Bac Binh areas in the past, the tour to experience Da Mi lake, Ham Thuan lake, visit 9-storey waterfall, Ba waterfall, or trekking trips to explore Bac waterfall, Suong Mu waterfall, Da Ban waterfall... have gradually formed and left many beautiful impressions in the hearts of tourists. In addition, there are many waterfalls and dams scattered in communes such as Truot waterfall, Dau Trau waterfall, Daguri, Tam Du dam, Mang dam... that have captivated tourists by the natural beauty of the landscape. Because these destinations are still wild, majestic and people seem to touch nature to feel the pure, fresh beauty.

Experts in the tourism field from many countries, the Farmtrip delegation have been to these places many times and have many ideas and suggestions for the provincial tourism industry through the discussion. Mr. Dato'HJ.Sahariman Bin Hamdan - Chairman of the Malaysian Homestay Association once commented: "To develop types of eco-tourism and agricultural community tourism, there needs to be a connection with the local indigenous community. If we want to aim to attract high-quality visitors, we need to coordinate well with the government. Besides, to develop this type of tourism sustainably, to make the most of the terrain that nature has bestowed, businesses need to pay attention to the factor of protecting and regenerating the natural environment".

The National Tourism Administration has also noted: Exploiting the values of rural tourism resources will create many job opportunities, positively impacting the lives of rural communities. At the same time, it will directly create a bridge for production activities and supply of agricultural products and handicrafts of traditional craft villages. In particular, if exploiting discovery tours, trekking waterfalls, rapids, forest roads, etc., local workers will play an important role. "Local people will be the ones who understand the locality, the roads, trails and cultural characteristics, rituals and traditions of the indigenous people. From there, when properly trained, each local worker will be a "tourism ambassador", decisive for the success and sustainable development of tourism activities in the province", shared MSc. Pham Cong Danh - Department of Tourism, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ton Duc Thang University.

With the available potential, the provincial tourism industry will proactively promote the connection between state management agencies with people, scientists, and travel businesses, strengthen propaganda, promotion, and improve the quality of each tourist destination. At the same time, gradually remove legal barriers to tourism activities under forest canopy, tourism construction activities on agricultural land, soon create conditions for investors and people to participate in community agricultural tourism, in which exploit waterfalls - rapids - rivers - streams, creating special tourism products in the Southeast region of the province.
