In 2023, Mr. Le Thanh Dan (Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district) started a business with a homestay tourism model. From his family's support capital, he borrowed an additional 50 million VND to renovate the garden and develop a tourism model. Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Viet Dong (Phuoc My ward, Son Tra district) is the owner of the tiktok and facebook channel "Chuyen cua Da Nang" which specializes in introducing restaurants, eateries, and tourist attractions with more than 200,000 followers. At first, he filmed videos, introducing attractive destinations in the city such as: sunset at Dragon Bridge, Thuan Phuoc Bridge, My Khe beach, parks, restaurants...
The beautiful, simple, and familiar images attracted many views, so he decided to build a channel more seriously and systematically. He created content such as: landscapes, cuisine, tourist destinations, and spirituality to promote the cultural values, people, and land of Da Nang.

“There are many different ways to build a personal brand on social networks. However, each person needs to have their own strategy and must always be creative to attract viewers. Recently, I have regularly organized training sessions, instructed on video filming and editing skills, and built effective communication strategy content for young people,” said Mr. Dong.
