Hanoi ensures traffic order in preparation for the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Based on a thorough understanding of the plans, strategies, and operational directives of the Hanoi Police and the Traffic Police Department, the Command Board of Traffic Police Team No. 6 proactively developed and issued a comprehensive plan to ensure traffic order and safety and escort delegations serving the Congress.

The plans were thoroughly researched, practical, and comprehensive, covering all routes, areas, and key targets in the locality. The unit mobilized the maximum number of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and support tools; strictly maintained the duty roster, combat readiness, and personnel on standby, ensuring the force was always in the highest state of readiness. Before each shift, the inspection of personnel, weapons, support tools, and the regulations of the People's Public Security was carried out seriously and strictly, contributing to improved discipline and order in the performance of duties.

Every officer and soldier clearly understands their personal responsibilities, strictly adheres to regulations, work orders, and operational procedures; proactively prevents, detects, and stops potential threats to security and order early and from afar, resolutely ensuring that no passive or unexpected situations occur.

Patrols are conducted regularly and continuously.

According to the established plan, the task forces of Traffic Police Team No. 6 are deployed to conduct overt patrols and inspections in combination with professional measures, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the area. The focus is on major traffic arteries such as Pham Hung, Tran Duy Hung, Ho Tung Mau, Thang Long Boulevard; the My Dinh bus station area; and key political , economic, and cultural targets.

During the course of their duties, traffic police officers focused on inspecting and strictly handling violations that directly lead to traffic congestion and accidents, such as drunk driving, failure to obey traffic lights, speeding, reckless driving, and disturbing public order. The handling of these violations was carried out according to proper procedures and within their authority, ensuring the strict enforcement of the law, while also demonstrating the professionalism and exemplary conduct of the People's Police officers.

In parallel with direct patrol and control on the roads, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 closely coordinated with the Hanoi Traffic Control Center, strongly applying science and technology in traffic command and control. Detailed and scientific maps were developed for traffic diversion routes, escort routes, and areas where Congress activities took place.

Through AI camera systems and communication channels, all traffic changes are continuously monitored and analyzed, enabling authorities to promptly adjust plans, quickly handle emerging situations, detect and address violations, and contribute to maintaining safe and smooth traffic flow.

In one instance, upon spotting law enforcement officers on duty, the individual attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended.

Upon subsequent inspection, the police discovered that the driver had violated the alcohol limit, along with carrying more passengers than permitted on the motorbike.

The focus is on major transportation routes such as Pham Hung, Tran Duy Hung, Ho Tung Mau, Thang Long Boulevard, the My Dinh bus station area, and key political, economic , and cultural targets in the area.

Focus on inspecting and strictly handling violations that directly lead to traffic congestion and accidents; with particular emphasis on violations related to alcohol levels, failure to obey traffic signals, speeding, reckless driving, and disruptive behavior.

In parallel with patrol and control work on the ground, Traffic Police Team No. 6 closely coordinates with the Hanoi Traffic Control Center, applying science and technology in traffic control and management.

All traffic changes are continuously monitored and analyzed through an AI camera system, allowing for timely adjustments to plans, handling of emerging situations, and detection and handling of violations, contributing to maintaining safe and smooth traffic flow.

With strict discipline, a high sense of responsibility, and absolute loyalty to their assigned duties, the Hanoi Traffic Police force is determined to maintain traffic stability, contribute to ensuring security and order in the area, and successfully serve the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Hoai Nam, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police, said that the main task of the traffic police force during this period is to ensure absolute safety for the delegations, Party and State leaders, and all activities of the Congress, while minimizing the impact on the normal lives and travel of the people.

"Every officer and soldier participating in the mission must uphold a high sense of responsibility, strictly adhere to regulations and work procedures; be proactive and flexible in handling arising situations, ensuring smooth and safe traffic flow at all times," Lieutenant Colonel Pham Hoai Nam emphasized.
