Bridge bringing rural industrial products to consumers
On the evening of November 27, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the People's Committee of Trung Gia commune to organize the opening ceremony of the Capital's Rural Industrial Goods Fair 2025 with the participation of 200 standard booths of rural industrial production establishments in the area, along with the Exhibition Area introducing typical rural industrial products in 2025.
The fair also has the participation of associations, professional associations, businesses, and production and trading establishments of rural industrial products, creating a vibrant trading space.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen The Hiep - Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade emphasized that over the years, Hanoi has always paid deep and consistent attention to the development of rural industry - a field that not only bears the cultural identity of the capital but also plays an important role in the process of economic restructuring, creating jobs, increasing income and improving the lives of people in rural areas.
Not stopping at orientation, the city's policies have been put into practice through industrial promotion support programs, support for machinery and equipment innovation, improving production capacity, training human resources, designing models, building brands, promoting trade and expanding markets for craft village products, OCOP products, and typical rural industrial products.
Thanks to that concern, Hanoi's rural industry has continuously developed, many products of the capital have reached the international market, affirming the quality, cultural value, competitiveness of enterprises, artisans and traditional craft villages. This is the pride and also the responsibility of those working in the capital's Industry and Trade sector.
“The fair is also a 'bridge' to bring the cultural and economic quintessence of the capital's rural areas closer to consumers, tourists and domestic and foreign partners,” affirmed Nguyen The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.

This year's fair is organized to support enterprises and rural industrial production establishments in Trung Gia commune and neighboring areas, and at the same time serve the trade promotion of the whole city; introduce, promote and sell typical rural industrial products, OCOP products , handicraft products and craft villages.
The fair also supports rural industrial establishments in connecting trade, promoting production, processing and consumption of high-quality goods, forming sustainable production and consumption chains, and encouraging innovation in designs and packaging to suit market trends.
As an effective bridge, the fair contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods, supporting rural enterprises to recover and develop sustainably; promising to bring effective advertising and trade promotion opportunities for enterprises, making a positive contribution to the development of local industry and trade.
Enhance brand and increase exports
Participating in the fair, Mr. Bui Tien Nam - representative of Khanh Tho Production - Trade - Service Co., Ltd. ( Hai Phong ) shared: The company currently provides many traditional specialty products, in which the company's main products all meet 4-star OCOP standards, with high-quality ingredients such as dim sum crab with onions, dim sum perch, ensuring natural flavor, safety and rich nutritional value; widely distributed in the northern provinces and highly appreciated by consumers.

Currently, the company mainly participates in fairs to approach new distributors and agents. This is an effective trade promotion channel , because it can cook for customers to try so that they can directly experience the quality of the product.
Along with the domestic market, Khanh Tho products have also been exported to a number of markets such as Pakistan, Korea and Russia. The company has a total of four export orders, fully meeting the strict requirements on documents, quality standards and technical processes. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen - Vice Chairman of Trung Gia Commune People's Committee, said that Trung Gia commune currently has 461 enterprises, 17 cooperatives and more than 4,000 business households, operating in a variety of industries, especially prominent in the fields of agricultural product processing, cultivation and ornamental plant production.
Trung Gia Commune People's Committee determined that the fair is not only a trade promotion activity but also an important mark in the effort to build a dynamic and creative grassroots government model, accompanying the people and businesses .
The 2025 Capital Rural Industrial Goods Fair will take place from November 27 to November 30 at Ny Street Football Field, Trung Gia Commune, Hanoi. The Fair is expected to be an effective bridge, bringing rural industrial products and the Capital's culture to consumers nationwide; promoting consumption and improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods.
As the country's political, economic, cultural, scientific and technological center, one of the two growth engines, Hanoi currently contributes about 12-13% of the country's GRDP.
