Nguyen Manh Quyen, member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi City People's Committee, attended the event.
Spanning approximately 20,000 square meters, the festival is elaborately designed, vividly recreating the traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) atmosphere of Hanoi and other regions across the country, harmoniously combining cultural, tourism , experiential, and commercial activities.

The program attracted more than 100 businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities from many provinces and cities such as Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh , Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Lao Cai, Son La, Nghe An, Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa… bringing a rich supply of goods to serve the Tet market.
Many OCOP products with 3-5 stars and traditional craft village products such as Van Phuc silk, Bat Trang ceramics, Ngu Xa bronze, Chuong My mother-of-pearl inlay… are introduced directly to consumers and distributors.
The festival is organized into several themed spaces. A highlight is the exhibition area showcasing typical products and OCOP (One Commune One Product) products from Hanoi, featuring items for Tet (Lunar New Year) such as food, beverages, and household goods.

The traditional Tet cultural experience space offers a series of activities such as calligraphy, making banh chung (traditional rice cakes), making candied fruits, sculpting clay figurines, traditional costume performances, flower carving, arranging the five-fruit tray… creating opportunities for people, especially the younger generation, to better understand and appreciate heritage values.
The food court brings together artisans and chefs from Hanoi, featuring many signature dishes such as Thanh Tri rice rolls, Uoc Le pork sausage, Phu Thuong sticky rice, Me Tri green rice flakes, pho, snail noodle soup, crab soup… and specialties from various localities.

The Hanoi tourism promotion space showcases typical destinations such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, O Quan Chuong Gate, The Huc Bridge, One Pillar Pagoda, Khue Van Cac Pavilion, etc., combined with performances of traditional arts such as Xam singing, Ca Tru singing, puppetry, and the introduction of handicraft products from traditional craft villages. The exhibition area of ornamental plants and Tet flowers creates a distinctive visual highlight for the entire event.
In his opening remarks, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen stated that this year's festival is designed with rich content, a scientifically planned spatial layout, and a harmonious blend of traditional and modern elements, combining cultural experiences with trade promotion activities to stimulate consumer spending.

Through this festival, the city hopes that residents and tourists will have access to high-quality products with clear origins, typical specialties of the capital and other regions of the country.
The Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse 2026 is also an important occasion to honor the value of Vietnamese goods, strengthen supply-demand connections, and expand cooperation between localities, businesses, and consumers; thereby contributing to promoting the economic, trade, and tourism development of the capital and the whole country.
The festival runs until February 14th at the F1 racetrack (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi).
