In particular, in English, Hanoi leads the country. Math and Biology both ranked 2nd nationwide. Literature and Chemistry both ranked 3rd.
Hanoi's 7 high school graduation exam subjects are in the top 10 provinces and cities with the highest scores as follows:
Math
Hanoi ranked second in the country with an average score of 5.275. In addition, Hanoi also ranked first in the country in the number of 10 points in this subject with 93 points, far ahead of the second place, Hai Phong, with 53 points.
English Subject
Hanoi is the leading locality in the country in terms of average English score with 5.78 points. This is also the locality with the most 10 points in this subject with 56 10 points, nearly double the second ranked locality, Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, for many consecutive years, Ho Chi Minh City had the highest English test scores.
Literature
Hanoi ranked 3rd in the country with an average score of 7.626. Above Hanoi were Nghe An and Ha Tinh . Meanwhile, Nghe An was the only locality in the country with an average score of over 8 in Literature.
Physics
Hanoi ranked 5th in the country with an average score of 7.224. In addition, this is also the locality with the second highest number of 10 points in Physics in the country with 556 10 points.
Chemistry
Hanoi ranked 3rd in the country with an average score of 6.453 in this subject. However, this is the locality that leads the country in the number of 10s in this subject with 83 10s.
Biology
Hanoi ranked second in the country in terms of average score with 6,370 points. In addition, Hanoi also ranked second in terms of the number of 10 points in this subject with 7 10 points.
Law and Economics
Hanoi ranked 6th in the country in terms of average score with 7,860 points. In addition, Hanoi also ranked first in the country in terms of the number of 10 points in Economics and Law with 172 10 points.
In the subjects of Information Technology, History, Geography, Technology - Industry, Technology - Agriculture, Hanoi did not make it into the top 10. However, Hanoi is the leading locality in the country in the number of 10 points in Information Technology.
According to the plan, from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates will register, adjust, and add university admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
Candidates pay the admission fee online from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5. After that, the Ministry and universities will process the admission application (virtual filtering) from August 16 to 5:00 p.m. on August 20.
After receiving the benchmark scores, successful candidates must confirm their enrollment on the system, no later than 5:30 p.m. on August 30.
The Ministry requires schools not to organize admissions before August 22. Additional admissions will start from September 1 until the end of the year.
