Along the streets around Hoan Kiem Lake, such as Dinh Tien Hoang, Hang Khay, Trang Tien, Hai Ba Trung, etc., bright red banners, slogans, and posters are displayed to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The solemn atmosphere throughout the streets attracted the attention of locals and tourists alike.

The art exhibition celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, themed "The Horse Arrives," is taking place from now until February 28th in the Hoan Kiem Lake area and attracting the attention of locals and tourists.
