Banners and slogans welcoming the 14th National Congress were displayed in a dignified and coordinated manner, creating a fresh appearance and arousing pride and civic responsibility in every citizen.

Sharing her thoughts on the atmosphere of preparation for the 14th National Congress, Ms. Pham Tra My (Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi ) said: “These days, everyone in the neighborhood is excited. My family, like many other households, has been displaying the national flag since very early. The atmosphere is solemn yet very intimate, making us feel more strongly the significance of the Congress and increasing our confidence in the Party's leadership in this new stage of national development.”
