Hanoi will display light show using Drone technology on October 10

Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh has just signed a plan to organize a special art program to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

The program aims to review the heroic history of the people of Hanoi and the country; spread the great significance of the Capital Liberation Day, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for a large number of party members and cadres of all walks of life, and armed forces in the city and the whole country.

At the same time, this is also an activity to help propagate and promote the thousand-year-old culture of the glorious, heroic, peaceful and friendly historical tradition of Thang Long - Hanoi to the people; enhance the introduction and promotion of the image and position of the Capital to domestic localities and international friends; thereby also affirming the capacity of organizing events of the Capital, implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on developing cultural industry in the city.

The program will be held at 8:00 p.m. on October 10, 2024 at My Dinh National Stadium with an expected capacity of about 25,000 people, with the theme "Hanoi - City of Peace - City of Flying Dragons".

The program is broadcast live on VTV - Vietnam Television.

Regarding the program content, the opening part is a welcoming performance: Independent country - Liberated capital.

The second part is a special art program with 3 chapters: Hanoi - The heroic years; Hanoi - A thousand years of culture; Hanoi - City of Peace - City of Flying Dragon.

The third part will showcase drone lighting technology.

The fourth part is high-altitude fireworks combined with low-altitude fireworks and pyrotechnics.
