Hanoi inspects the responsibilities of many district chairmen in 2025

Hanoi will inspect the responsibilities of district chairmen of Thanh Tri, Cau Giay, Ung Hoa, Gia Lam, Ha Dong, and Me Linh in 2025.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son has just signed a decision on promulgating the inspection work plan for 2025.

The inspection contents include citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement; and prevention and combat of corruption, negativity and waste.

According to the plan, in the second quarter of 2025, the Hanoi City Inspectorate will inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Committee in granting land use right certificates to cases that met the conditions as of July 1, 2014 but have not been granted land use right certificates in Thanh Tri district.

Inspect the responsibility of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the State management of investment in construction of irrigation works, dykes and the implementation of irrigation works and dykes projects in Chuong My district in the medium-term investment plan 2021-2025.

Inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cau Giay District in receiving, managing and granting certificates of land use rights and house ownership previously granted by agencies and units to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Cau Giay District.

Inspect the management and use of existing resettlement housing funds that have not yet been arranged for resettlement with the Director of the Department of Construction and related units.

Inspect the management and use of houses and land, and the arrangement of houses and land of associations in Hanoi City with association organizations.

Inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of Me Linh District People's Committee in site clearance for project implementation in Me Linh District, from 2022 to this year.

In the third quarter of 2025, the Hanoi Inspectorate will inspect the responsibility of the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade in complying with legal regulations on licensing activities; submitting to the City People's Committee for approval and implementation of trade promotion programs and plans; State management of investment in construction of power projects according to decentralization; management and use of funding sources and the development of plans and allocation of budget sources in programs, projects, plans, and periods from 2022 to 2024.

Inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of Ung Hoa District People's Committee in the management, use of budget, public investment, procurement and management of public assets in 2024.

Inspect the responsibility of the Chairman of Gia Lam District People's Committee and the Chairman of Ha Dong District People's Committee in implementing the Law on Inspection, the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciation and the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption and Waste, for the period from 2022 to 2024.
