In particular, many individuals in the capital have made noble gestures by actively promoting and mobilizing the community to join hands in support, and directly supporting and going to the disaster areas.
Notable among them are cases such as: Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, a typical member of branch 9A, Phu Luong ward, is currently on the way with a volunteer group to the flood victims in Dak Lak province with 3 tons of rice, 100 million in cash and many other necessities; Mr. Phung Van Thanh (Phuc Loc commune) donated 3 tons of rice and 10 million in cash; Mr. Quyen - Head of the Front Work Committee of Area 49 (Giang Vo ward) went to mobilize donations and the amount reached over 100 million VND; Ms. Pham Thi Hong Chuyen, Head of the Front Work Committee of Group 18, Phu Thuong ward donated 10 million VND and 50 tents worth 10 million VND.

In particular, Ms. Nguyen Xuan Huong (Thuan An commune), although her family is near-poor, still donated money to share with the people of the Central Highlands.
According to the statistics compiled by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, from November 22 to now, the whole city has received more than 43.5 billion VND in support for the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions; of which, on November 26 and 27, each day received more than 12 billion VND.
In addition, Party committees, authorities, and Fatherland Fronts at all levels in communes and wards in the capital continue to receive large quantities of goods and necessities donated and supported by people. Every day, trucks transporting goods still make their way to our fellow countrymen in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
