Ha Tinh kicks off spiritual and cultural tourism season with many optimistic signals

(Baohatinh.vn) - Although the peak season has just begun, many cultural and spiritual sites in Ha Tinh have welcomed tens of thousands of visitors, opening up an optimistic signal for tourism at the end of the year.

From the end of November 2025 until now, at Cho Cui Temple (Nghi Xuan Commune), the number of tourists has increased every day. Especially, on the occasion of the temple festival and the death anniversary of Quan Hoang Muoi (from the 1st to the 10th of the 10th lunar month, i.e. November 20-29, 2025), this spiritual cultural site attracts thousands of visitors per day.

Cho Cui Temple Festival is solemnly organized by Nghi Xuan commune.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Duc - an officer of the Nghi Xuan Commune Culture and Social Affairs Department, in charge of the temple, said: "From the 1st of the 10th lunar month until now, Cho Cui Temple has welcomed over 40,000 visitors. Of which, the number of visitors from the northern provinces such as Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa... accounts for a large proportion. We have carefully organized the reception and service of visitors."



Tens of thousands of tourists have made pilgrimages to Cho Cui Temple since the beginning of the 10th lunar month.

At the same time, at the Ca Temple - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi (Bac Hong Linh Ward), a series of cultural, sports and festival activities took place here, creating a bustling atmosphere, attracting thousands of people and tourists to participate. According to the Department of Culture and Society of Bac Hong Linh Ward, from the 1st of the 10th lunar month until now, on average, this relic has welcomed about 1,000 visitors every day to offer incense and visit the landscape.

Although it is not officially the festival season, recently, relics such as the temple of Mrs. Che Thang Nguyen Thi Bich Chau (Hai Ninh ward), Huong Tich pagoda (Can Loc commune)... have been bustling with tourists from all over the country coming to visit and offer incense.

Taking place from the 3rd to the 10th day of the 10th lunar month, the Ca Temple Festival - Dinh Do Quan Hoang Muoi (Bac Hong Linh ward) becomes an event that attracts a large number of people and tourists.

To achieve these results, many localities have proactively welcomed the year-end tourist season, promptly renovating the landscape and infrastructure to serve tourists, especially in the context that after storms No. 5 and No. 10, the landscape and infrastructure of many relics were severely affected. In particular, at Cho Cui Temple, mud was dredged at the reception area, the tram parking lot was rebuilt, the landscape was renovated, etc. Bac Hong Linh Ward quickly overcame the consequences after the storm and planned to organize the Ca Temple festival in a methodical and thoughtful manner.

In Hai Ninh ward, preparations for this year's festival season were carried out early and synchronously. Ms. Ho Minh Hang - Vice Chairman of Hai Ninh Ward People's Committee and Head of Che Thang Temple Management Board, wife of Nguyen Thi Bich Chau, shared: "Along with quickly renovating the relic's facilities after the storm, we proactively welcomed the spiritual cultural tourism season by organizing a solemn year-end thanksgiving ceremony, and at the same time, performing the ceremony of welcoming 3 new statues to the temple. This is an event with profound spiritual meaning, very well prepared, so it has attracted a large number of people and tourists from all over. The solemn but cozy atmosphere has created a beautiful highlight, contributing to spreading the value of the relic."

To prepare for the spiritual cultural festival season at the relics, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has also promptly issued a document directing localities to take the initiative. Mr. Tran Xuan Luong - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh said: "In order for the spiritual cultural tourism season to take place fully, the department requires localities to focus on beautifying the landscape, cleaning up the relic environment; proactively ensuring security and order; thoroughly instilling behavioral culture to the team of officers, employees on duty and service businesses. At the same time, direct localities to strengthen inspection of service business activities, avoid the phenomenon of "overcharging", taking advantage of festivals to arbitrarily increase prices; publicize hotline phone numbers, arrange regular staff at major locations such as Cho Cui Temple, Huong Tich Pagoda, Che Thang Phu Nhan Temple... Thereby, serving well and leaving an impression on each tourist about the friendliness, hospitality, cultural beauty - Ha Tinh people".

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism urges localities to focus on security, order and cultural behavior at spiritual cultural sites during the festival season.

With tens of thousands of visitors from all regions coming to visit cultural and spiritual sites right from the beginning of the 10th lunar month and many cultural and spiritual activities being solemnly organized along with the initiative from localities in renovating and improving service quality, the year-end tourist season in Ha Tinh is opening up many new expectations.
