Efforts to build corporate culture and brand reputation have been recognized.

For the third consecutive year, SeABank has been included in the Top 50 Best Businesses in Vietnam, and for the 16th consecutive year, it has held a position in the Top 500 Largest Businesses in Vietnam (VNR500), as announced by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet newspaper on January 8, 2026.

The ranking is based on independent, scientific evaluation, using indicators such as revenue, operational efficiency, financial capacity, and sustainable development prospects. Maintaining its ranking for many consecutive years reflects the Bank's stable management capabilities, flexible adaptability, and long-term development strategy in a volatile economic environment.

Simultaneously, at the 2025 Corporate Culture and Reputation Awards program organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), SeABank was honored as one of the exemplary enterprises, meeting all criteria related to operational efficiency, legal compliance, business ethics, and social responsibility.

The award aims to honor businesses that not only achieve positive business results but also focus on building a healthy corporate culture, prioritizing people and creating lasting value for society. Being awarded the title of "Culturally Reputable Enterprise of 2025" demonstrates SeABank's persistent efforts in harmoniously combining business growth and building brand reputation based on humanistic values.

With the vision of "Putting people and the community first," SeABank recognizes that social responsibility is not a temporary, parallel activity, but an integral part of the bank's sustainable development strategy. In 2025, SeABank allocated over VND 33 billion to social welfare activities, implemented in a diverse and focused manner, addressing the practical needs of the community.

These resources are allocated by the Bank to various sectors, from education, healthcare, and support for vulnerable groups, to environmental protection and sustainable development, through programs and four internal charitable funds: the SeADreams Scholarship Fund, the SeALove Security Fund, the SeAGreens Sustainable Development Fund, and the SeASmile Charity Fund. These activities not only focus on short-term support but also aim to create livelihoods, improve quality of life, and spread sustainable humanitarian values.

Through a socially oriented and measurable approach, SeABank is gradually realizing its commitment to partnering with the community, affirming its role as a people-centered development bank, and making positive contributions to the overall development of society and the economy.

The bank focuses on developing a high-quality workforce in a respectful, humane, and equitable working environment, with a transparent human resource policy system, competitive compensation, and a standardized career development path based on advice from its international partner, Mercer - Talentnet.

At the same time, SeABank is promoting training programs to enhance capabilities and develop leadership, closely linking individual goals with the organization's development direction. In particular, 100% of competency groups, target groups, job titles, and new employees participate in training, demonstrating SeABank's strong commitment to the balanced and sustainable development of its human resources.

At SeABank, the corporate culture is built on a foundation of cohesion, positivity, and a strong emphasis on human values, aiming to become the leading bank in organizational culture within the financial and banking system. SeABank focuses on caring for the spiritual well-being and improving the happiness and satisfaction of its employees, thereby motivating them to contribute and excel in their work. A series of internal bonding programs are organized annually, such as SeATalk, Teambuilding, Year-End Party, SeALeague, etc., creating a space for employees to connect.

In addition, internal cultural events on occasions such as March 8th, October 20th, November 19th, or the series of activities celebrating the bank's 31st anniversary with creative programs like "Decoding the Muse," "Words of Love for Her," "The Handsome Men Around Us," etc., have contributed to enriching the spiritual life and building a close-knit SeABanker community full of positive energy.

Employee appreciation programs such as SeATet gifts for parents and grandparents, activities for employees' children (SeAKids, painting competitions, letter writing contests, etc.), and recognition and reward programs like SeAProud continue to affirm the Bank's comprehensive concern for its employees.

The results of the 2025 internal survey show that 90.37% of employees are satisfied working at SeABank, while 90.5% expressed a desire to continue working with the bank for at least the next two years, clearly reflecting the effectiveness of SeABank's human resource development and corporate culture strategy.

In the coming period, SeABank will continue to strengthen these pillars, aiming to become a bank that is not only efficient in business but also creates positive, long-term values for the community and society.

Established in 1994, SeABank is one of the leading joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam with over 4 million customers, more than 5,300 employees, and 181 transaction points nationwide. SeABank's goal is to become a leading retail bank with a customer-centric strategy by providing a diverse range of financial products and services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.

SeABank is considered one of the most important banks in the banking system with a charter capital of VND 28,450 billion, rated Ba3 by Moody's in many important categories, and is also one of the first banks to implement the international Basel III risk management standard.

In line with its "Digital Convergence" development strategy, SeABank focuses on digitizing its products and services, applying technology in its internal operations, and investing in building a modern technology infrastructure to optimize processes, increase operational efficiency, and provide customers with a differentiated digital banking experience, aiming to become the most preferred retail bank.
