Type of production, business, and service: Coke production; waste heat power generation; coke transportation (to Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company) via conveyor system; blast furnace cement grinding. Land area used: 320,123 m2.
Coke production capacity is 920,000 tons/year; waste heat power generation capacity is 114 MW (serving the iron and steel production activities of Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company); coke is transported by conveyor belt system from Hoa Phat Energy Joint Stock Company to Hoa Phat Hai Duong Steel Joint Stock Company with a capacity of 180 tons/hour; blast furnace slag crushing capacity is 750,000 tons/year.

According to this license, Hoa Phat Energy Joint Stock Company is only permitted to carry out the licensed activities after completing the corresponding environmental protection works.
Operate wastewater treatment facilities regularly and according to proper procedures to ensure that treated wastewater meets environmental technical standards; implement measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements; manage waste in accordance with the law. Be held legally responsible if pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the requirements specified in this Environmental Permit and must immediately cease discharging wastewater, exhaust fumes, generating noise, and vibration to implement corrective measures as prescribed by law.
Comply fully with all environmental protection requirements in this Environmental Permit and all relevant environmental protection laws and regulations.
Report promptly to the environmental permit issuing authority and local authorities any incidents involving wastewater treatment facilities or other incidents leading to environmental pollution.
During implementation, any changes that deviate from the contents stipulated in this Environmental Permit must be promptly reported to the licensing authority. The permit is valid for 7 years.
