75 key locations of dikes, embankments, and culverts in localities are safe, with no incidents occurring.

The work of calling on boats, fishermen, aquaculture farmers, and tourists to stay in safe shelters was promptly implemented by sectors and localities. As of 5 p.m. on July 22, the system of dikes, irrigation works, and people's lives were guaranteed to be safe. 75 key locations of dikes, embankments, and culverts in localities were all safe, with no incidents.

In the agricultural sector, due to good preparation and implementation of flood prevention and lowering of water level in the canal system, 72,050 hectares (60,000 hectares of winter-spring rice, 12,050 hectares of vegetables) and 28,730 hectares of fruit trees, 2,696 livestock farms, and 22,860 hectares of aquaculture are safe.

However, about 50 hectares of rice in Thanh Mien, Vinh Lai, Nam Thanh Mien, Nghi Duong communes were partially flooded; about 50 hectares of vegetables in Nam Sach, Thai Tan, Dai Son, Chi Minh communes, An Duong ward were flooded. Currently, the flooded rice and vegetable areas are being pumped to drain the water.

The electricity supply is basically stable and uninterrupted. However, there were 2 power outages in Vinh Am and Nguyen Binh Khiem communes. Hai Phong Electricity Company promptly fixed the problem and restored power supply. Enterprises in industrial parks and clusters did not record significant damage due to the storm's impact.

In the field of health and education, Vinh Lai 2 Medical Station (Ninh Giang Medical Center) had its roof blown off the 60m2 treatment area, causing an estimated loss of about 25 million VND. Lac Phuong 3 Medical Station (Tu Ky Medical Center) had 2m of its fence wall collapsed, causing an estimated loss of about 3 million VND.

In the city, 72 trees were broken and fell; 25 signs were tilted and broken, which were cleared and repaired by management units to ensure smooth traffic.

In Bach Long Vi special zone, local communication was lost, but the on-duty department still contacted the center regularly.

However, due to the impact of the storm and post-storm rain circulation in the provinces and cities of the Northern region in recent days, the tidal water level on the Cam, Van Uc, Lach Tray, Kinh Thay, Hoa, and Thai Binh rivers has risen, causing localized flooding in some locations in the city.
