Hai Phong will organize the largest job consulting festival ever.

As planned, the first Social Housing and Employment Consultation Day in 2025 will be held for 3 days, from December 5 to 7 at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (Hai Phong).

Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the City Labor Federation chaired the conference.

On the afternoon of October 31, the City Labor Federation held a conference to deploy coordination work to prepare for the "First Social Housing - Employment Consulting Festival in 2025".

Representatives of the Department of Construction raised issues related to the purchase procedures and prices of social housing.

According to information from the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, this is the first time the "Job Consulting - Social Housing" Festival has been organized on a large scale, lasting for many days, with the coordination of many units.

Within the framework of the festival, the Organizing Committee and units will display, provide job counseling, social housing projects; medical examination and treatment, blood donation, art festival... expected to attract a large number of workers, union members, students and people of the city.

The festival is expected to contribute to expanding the multi-dimensional connection space between management agencies, trade unions, enterprises and social housing investors, promoting the synchronous development of the labor market and social housing. At the same time, promoting the role of trade unions in caring for, protecting the rights, accompanying workers in employment, housing and improving the quality of life...

Representatives of the Department of Home Affairs presented issues related to recruitment and human resource needs in the city.

The City Labor Federation requested the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board to support in providing a list of businesses that need to recruit and supplement labor, and register to participate in the fair. The Employment Service Center (Department of Home Affairs) provides professional support in organizing and operating an online trading floor to connect workers who live far away and do not have the opportunity to participate directly.

Vocational education and training establishments in the city have increased information and propaganda to attract a large number of young people and students to register to participate and visit the festival...

- Talkshow "Touch your dream: Housing within reach - Jobs within reach" (from 8:30 a.m. on December 6)

- "Drops of Love" program in 2025 (from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm on December 6)

- Workshop on answering questions about social housing policies (from 2:00 p.m. on December 6, 2nd floor of the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Cultural Palace)

- Dance Festival "New Age Workers" (from 7:00 p.m. on December 6)

- Propaganda and dissemination of legal policies on social insurance and Trade Union Law (from 8:00 a.m. on December 7)

- Festival of clubs at the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (from 2:00 p.m. on December 7)

- Screening program for risk factors of cardiovascular disease - stroke and metabolic disease (from 7:30 - 11:30 on December 6 - 7, at the lobby on the 1st floor of the Vietnam - Czechoslovakia Friendship Cultural Palace)...
