8 industrial parks include: Trang Due 3 (652.73 ha); Hoang Dieu (245.03 ha); Ngu Phuc phase 1 (238.6 ha); Tan Trao phase 1 (226.79 ha); Vinh Quang (226.01 ha); Nam Trang Cat (200.39 ha); Nomura 2 (197.16 ha) and Binh Giang (147.9 ha).
The city also established two more industrial clusters: Trang Due supporting industrial cluster (58.75 hectares) and Cua Hoat - Quan Thang industrial cluster (45 hectares).
Up to now, the whole city has 40 industrial parks (20 industrial parks of the old Hai Phong city and 20 industrial parks of the old Hai Duong province) with a total area of about 11,208 hectares.
The whole city has 79 industrial clusters (19 industrial clusters of the old Hai Phong city and 60 clusters of the old Hai Duong province) with a total area of 3,837.5 hectares.
The city is converting two industrial parks, Nam Cau Kien and Dinh Vu, from traditional industrial parks to eco-industrial parks. These are two of seven industrial parks nationwide selected to participate in the program “Replicating the eco-industrial park approach to promote circular economy in Vietnam” implemented by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with UNIDO and SECO.
The city is also researching the establishment of industrial parks Tran Duong - Hoa Binh (area A), Thuy Nguyen, Cau Cuu, Tien Lang airport, Gia Loc 3, Nam Sach 1, Thanh Mien 1 and industrial clusters Tien Cuong III, Kien Bai - Cao Nhan, Quyet Tien.
