The Navy presented 400 gifts to families in Dak Lak affected by storm No. 13.

On November 12, in Xuan Loc and Xuan Canh communes, Dak Lak province, a working delegation of the Naval Region 4 Command led by Colonel Pham Van Ket, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Region, coordinated with local authorities to visit, encourage, and give gifts to support people affected by storm No. 13.

Colonel Pham Van Ket and the delegation kindly visited and deeply shared the losses and difficulties in the lives of each household. On behalf of the officers and soldiers of Region 4, the Deputy Chief of Political Affairs emotionally expressed: "Although the material value is not large, this is the heart and sentiment of the officers and soldiers of Region 4, wishing to share some of the difficulties so that people can soon stabilize their lives, restore production and develop the economy."

The working delegation presented 400 gifts, worth 150 million VND, to the people, especially families who suffered heavy damage to their houses, crops, and livestock.

This meaningful activity is not only a material support but also a vivid expression of sincere feelings, continuing to strengthen the close, lasting relationship between the army and the people, affirming that the people are always a solid rear, a spiritual support for officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 to confidently perform their duty of guarding the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
