Hung Thoong Cave - New highlight for Quang Binh tourism

This is a breakthrough development of Quang Binh tourism in particular and Vietnam tourism in general, attracting a large number of tourists from both domestic and foreign countries.

Most recently, the Vietnamese tourism community has been admiring and sharing impressive images of a cave system called Hung Thoong that was newly discovered and allowed for trial exploitation from January 1, 2023.

According to the Quang Binh Department of Tourism, Hung Thoong is one of the most pristine places in Phong Nha - Ke Bang, strictly protected, surrounded by a system of limestone mountains millions of years old, the only way to access is to walk along the trails in the middle of the forest. Exploring Hung Thoong, visitors will experience many different types of terrain, from trekking in the middle of the old forest, swimming through underground caves to weaving in dry caves, swinging over cliffs and camping in the middle of the Phong Nha - Ke Bang forest; enjoy the feeling of soaking in cool streams, or admiring the beautiful emerald green lakes from unique to surreal.

Therefore, the Department of Tourism of Quang Binh province believes that with its majestic caves, deep blue underground lakes and breathtaking scenery, Hung Thoong promises to become a new highlight in adventure tourism in Quang Binh in particular and Vietnam tourism in general.
