Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air are honored to be included in the list of the world's best airlines by the prestigious international airline rating organization Airline Ratings.
The award is divided into many categories, in which Vietnam Airlines was honored in the Top 25 best airlines in 2023 and Vietjet Air was included in the Top 25 best low-cost airlines in 2023.

To be included in the list, airlines must meet a number of strict criteria including: safety, governance, fleet age, passenger ratings, investment ratings, service quality and employment; and demonstrate leadership in innovation to bring comfort to passengers.
For the Top 25 Best Airlines of 2023, Vietnam Airlines met the key criteria for evaluation, which were leadership and innovation to create a different experience for passengers.
Along with Vietnam Airlines, the airlines on this list include: Air New Zealand, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Korean Air, Singapore Airlines, Qantas, Virgin Australia/ Virgin Atlantic, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa/ Swiss, SAS, TAP Portugal, All Nippon Airways, Delta Air Lines, Air Canada, British Airways, Jet Blue, JAL, Turkish Airlines, Hawaiian, KLM, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines.
For the Top 25 Best Low-Cost Airlines 2023, Vietjet Air won 2 awards: Best Low-Cost Airline and Best Low-Cost Inflight Service. This Top 25 was selected from 365 airlines worldwide.
Other honored low-cost airlines include: AirAsia*, Allegiant, Bonza, Cebu Pacific, EasyJet, Eurowings, Flair, FlyDubai, Frontier, GOL, Indigo, Jet2, JetBlue, Jetstar, Norse Atlantic, Peach, Ryanair, Scoot, Spirit, Southwest, Transavia, TUI, Vueling, Wizz Air.
