Protesters are demanding justice for the families of 150 people killed in last month's protests over a job quota system.

In Dhaka, scores of young people marched with slogans such as “we want justice”. Elsewhere, the offices of the ruling Awami League party and a police station were set on fire, along with armoured vehicles vandalised.
Police fired rubber bullets and tear gas as crowds attacked them in Habibganj and used stun grenades to disperse protesters in Sylhet, injuring about 20 people.
The current unrest is the biggest test for Ms Hasina since the January election, which was boycotted by the main opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Student groups led protests against government job quotas – including 30% reserved for families of veterans of the 1971 independence war. The protests turned violent, leaving 150 people dead and thousands injured.
After the Bangladesh Supreme Court canceled most of the quotas, students returned to the streets demanding justice for the families of those who died.
