Hundreds of vehicles are seen in rehearsal to escort the delegation attending the Party Congress.

This morning, forces from the Organizing Committee serving the 14th National Congress of the Party carried out a full rehearsal of the escort plan for the Party Congress.

The convoy moved from various directions, including hotels and the National Convention Center, to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs (Bac Son), before returning to the National Convention Center for assembly.

The Ministry of National Defence deployed 286 officers and drivers and 121 vehicles from across the armed forces to participate in transporting and receiving delegates. The officers and drivers received training and preparation to carry out the task of transporting and receiving 1,402 delegates from 25 delegations attending the 14th National Congress and invited guests.

During the troop deployment ceremony and the Ministry of Public Security's rehearsal of security plans for the Party Congress , Standing Committee member Tran Cam Tu emphasized that traffic management and escorting plans for delegates must be implemented scientifically, systematically, and smoothly to ensure smooth traffic flow without significantly disrupting the normal activities of the people of Hanoi.

From 6:00 AM, vehicles travel from the National Convention Center area through Tran Duy Hung, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, and Hoang Dieu streets to reach the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs.

Leading the convoy of vehicles carrying delegates were special escort vehicles from the traffic police. The convoy traveled across the overpass at the intersection of Tran Duy Hung and Nguyen Chi Thanh streets.

The convoy drove through Nguyen Thai Hoc Street.

Groups from Hung Vuong Street visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Traffic police officers will lead the convoy and participate in escorting the delegation.

Military police forces of the Army participate in the general rehearsal.

The convoy moved through Kim Mã Street back to the National Convention Center.

Hanoi has mobilized the maximum number of officers, soldiers, and technical equipment, with the highest goal being to ensure absolute security and safety for the Congress.

The forces conducting the general rehearsal ensured traffic order and safety for the Congress, preventing any unexpected incidents, surprises, or even the slightest oversight, not only in the Congress venue but throughout the entire city.

Traffic diversion for the Party Congress

To ensure security, order, and traffic safety for the Congress taking place from January 19-25, the Hanoi City Police have announced traffic diversion and organization plans for many key routes.

During the periods from 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM on January 14th; from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM; from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM; from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM; and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the aforementioned days, all regular and specialized trucks, and passenger vehicles with 16 seats or more (except for vehicles serving the Congress, vehicles with security badges, buses, sanitation vehicles, and emergency response vehicles) will be temporarily prohibited from operating on the roads.

Specifically: Pham Hung (from Me Tri to Tran Duy Hung), Thang Long Boulevard (lane adjacent to the National Convention Center, section from Pham Hung to the right-hand service road of Thang Long Boulevard - Le Quang Dao), Tran Huu Duc, Le Duc Tho, Le Quang Dao, Do Duc Duc, Mieu Dam, Tran Duy Hung, Khuat Duy Tien (from Le Van Luong to Pham Hung), Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lieu Giai (from Nguyen Chi Thanh to Phan Ke Binh), Dao Tan, Kim Ma, Van Phuc, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Tran Phu, Hung Vuong, Chu Van An, Hoang Dieu, Doc Lap, Le Hong Phong, Hoang Van Thu, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu, Le Duan (from Dien Bien Phu to Nguyen Du), Hang Long, Tran Binh Trong, Tran Hung Dao (from Quang Trung to Quan Su), Quan Su, Trang Thi.
