In 2025, with the message "The Brilliant Orange Street Journey," the program will be expanded in scale, continuing to honor the spirit of perseverance behind the wheel and spreading the sense of community among orange-street drivers.

Always striving to provide practical care and support for the driver community, ShopeeFood has implemented a series of programs over the years to accompany and motivate drivers, ensuring their peace of mind and confidence behind the wheel. Continuing this journey, the 2025 Driver Appreciation Event series, themed “The Brilliant Orange Street Journey,” became a meeting point for ShopeeFood drivers from all over the country to connect and share. The event series took place last December in three major cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , and Da Nang, bringing together over 1,000 drivers from across the three regions.

From early morning on the day of the event, drivers enthusiastically arrived and participated in a series of interactive activities at the experience booths. Refreshing Gong Cha bubble tea, the chance to discover specially designed products for drivers from Selex Motors, and exclusive gifts from ShopeeFood… all contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the year-end gathering. In addition, team-building games were constantly held, bringing laughter and relaxing moments for the drivers amidst their busy daily lives.

Driver Nguyen Quoc Trung (Hanoi) believes that the most valuable thing is not just the moments spent together or the rewards received, but the feeling of being respected and supported. "ShopeeFood is not just a work platform, but it also gives us a feeling of being part of a community," he shared.

The biggest awards system ever, celebrating effort behind the wheel.

The highlight of the event series was the recognition of outstanding drivers, with a total of 200 awards presented nationwide. This is ShopeeFood's largest and most valuable awards system to date, demonstrating a desire to show greater appreciation for the tireless efforts of its driver team.

At the event, categories such as "Impressive Orange Driver," "Durable Driver," "Passionate Driver," and "Star of the Year" recognized drivers who had continuously strived for excellence over the past year. Each title not only represents outstanding performance but also acknowledges their sense of responsibility and perseverance, serving as an inspiration for the driver community to continue their journey alongside ShopeeFood.

The event honored drivers with a total of 200 award categories, affirming and recognizing the tireless efforts of the ShopeeFood driver community.

Sharing his thoughts after being honored, a driver from the Da Nang area said the award was a great source of encouragement after a year of hard work. “During unfavorable weather or peak hours with many orders, deliveries can be a bit challenging. However, ShopeeFood always recognizes the efforts of drivers with additional income or encourages them with appreciation activities like this, which gives drivers more motivation and makes them feel that all their efforts are worthwhile,” he confided.

Beyond honoring individuals who have made efforts in 2025, the series of activities to express gratitude to drivers also affirms the value of the silent contributions behind the wheel. Through this, ShopeeFood also spreads the spirit of valuing people – the enduring links that contribute to the platform's daily operation.

Driver Tran Thi Hoai Thu shared her feelings upon receiving the "Most Energetic Female Driver" award.

Driver Tran Thi Hoai Thu (53 years old, Hanoi), who was honored in the "Most Energetic Female Driver" category, shared a memorable experience from her job: "I work the night shift from 6 PM to 11 PM. One day, just before finishing my shift, I received an order from quite far away with a message asking me not to cancel because the recipient was in difficulty and desperately needed food. When I received the message, I tried my best to finish the trip and received a warm thank you. What I remember most is that I was able to help someone get a meal in need, after their order had been canceled many times."

A milestone marking a year of unwavering partnership with ShopeeFood.

As can be seen, to create a "Brilliant Orange Street Journey" in 2025, ShopeeFood has implemented many activities aimed at supporting and caring for the lives of the driver community.

The event kicked off with the "Tai Cam Family Day," providing a bonding space for drivers' families to share joyful moments together. The event brought together 200 families from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and awarded 100 scholarships to the children of drivers. Following this, the annual "Phu Dong Delivery" football tournament was expanded nationwide, attracting 272 drivers from 24 teams in three major cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang), creating a vibrant playground and fostering a spirit of camaraderie and teamwork.

ShopeeFood has been supporting the driver community through various engaging activities organized throughout the past year.

Furthermore, on the occasion of October 20th, ShopeeFood honored 100 outstanding female drivers and presented hundreds of limited-edition t-shirts. In particular, in response to the impacts of natural disasters, the "Supporting Drivers - Long Journey Together" program promptly assisted 52 drivers with up to 5 million VND each, helping to alleviate difficulties and instill confidence in them to continue their journeys.

Looking back at the journey in 2025, ShopeeFood's series of activities not only motivated drivers but also spread positive values to the community. Concluding a year full of milestones, the driver appreciation event was not only an opportunity for the driver community to reflect on brilliant achievements and outstanding accomplishments, to meet and interact with colleagues, but also a time for ShopeeFood to acknowledge the persistent efforts of its driver team, affirming its long-term commitment to building a sustainable driver community.
