The remaining routes will be implemented according to the schedule in the following years. The Department of Construction will prepare a cost estimate to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval to install solar streetlights according to the list of projects proposed by the locality, with an estimated cost of approximately 150 million VND/km, using local road management and maintenance funds, and the investor being the Department of Construction.

Previously, on March 26, 2025, the Youth Union of the Department of Construction surveyed and coordinated with the local authorities to install solar-powered streetlights along 1 km of road in Binh Hoa Bac hamlet, Binh Hoa Tay commune, Moc Hoa district, bringing light to the people in the border region.

The "Lighting Up the Border" project in 2025 has spread the spirit of initiative, solidarity, and compassion among young union members, connecting the energy of youth with the community to build a bright, green, safe, and compassionate border; it is a meaningful continuation of the Long An province's Construction sector, demonstrating the responsibility of young officials and civil servants not only in their professional work but also in contributing to the construction and protection of the nation's borders through practical, humane, and sustainable actions.
