Amidst the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2026), many spectacular and elaborately staged art programs will take place throughout Ha Tinh province.
These programs not only contribute to spreading pride in the glorious Party and the achievements of the homeland, but also bring a vibrant and warm spring atmosphere, enriching the spiritual lives of the people in the new spring season.
A highlight was the special art program "Celebrating the Glorious Party, Celebrating the Year of the Horse 2026" organized by the Provincial Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion in coordination with the People's Committee of Tran Phu Ward. The program was structured as a comprehensive art form with 12 singing and dancing performances, vividly portraying the image of the glorious Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, the outstanding achievements of the homeland and country in the process of reform, and the faith and expectations of the people in the new era.
The program will take place at 7:30 PM on January 25, 2026, at the Tan Hoc residential area stadium (Tran Phu ward), lasting approximately 60 minutes. It will be broadcast live on the center's fanpage and other social media platforms, allowing a large number of people, including those from Ha Tinh living far from home, to join in the celebratory atmosphere of the Party and the Lunar New Year.
Not stopping at just one performance venue, from January 25th to February 9th, 2026, the Provincial Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion will continue to coordinate performances to serve the people in many localities such as Nghi Xuan, Mai Hoa, Cam Hung, Ky Anh..., bringing art closer to the grassroots and creating a vibrant spring atmosphere spreading throughout the countryside.
Musician Nguyen Sy Chinh – Director of the Ha Tinh Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, said: “The overarching goal of the program is to widely publicize the success of the 14th National Party Congress; affirm the people's trust in the Party's leadership; and strengthen national unity. Through artistic performances, the program contributes to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, encouraging patriotic emulation movements, and demonstrating determination to successfully implement political tasks and socio-economic development in the new year; while also spreading positive values, contributing to the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values, and enhancing the spiritual life of the people during the spring season.”
Along with the program of the Provincial Center for Culture, Cinema and Tourism Promotion, many other large-scale artistic activities are also being prepared. Notably, the Provincial Traditional Arts Theater, in coordination with the Border Guard's Performing Arts Troupe, is developing the program "Spring at the Border Guard, Warming the Hearts of the Local People," scheduled to take place on January 31, 2026, in Huong Xuan commune. The program will feature many beloved artists such as Meritorious Artist Hai Nam, Meritorious Artist Thu Huyen, singers Dinh Thanh Le, Ho Van Kinh, Hoang Hong Ngoc, etc., and will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television.
At the grassroots level, many localities in the province have also proactively socialized and coordinated the organization of art programs celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 with creative and practical approaches. Not only do these programs create a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere to welcome the new year, but many are also linked to charitable activities, caring for the poor during Tet (Lunar New Year), and spreading a spirit of compassion and kindness within the community.
A prime example is the art and charity program themed "Spring of Love," scheduled to take place on February 1, 2026, in Mai Phu commune. The program will feature many beloved artists and singers such as singer A Pao, speaker and MC Phan Phuc Thang, singer Hanh An, singer Bang Tam, and others. With the theme of celebrating the glorious Party, the country's renewal, and spreading the warm and meaningful atmosphere of the traditional Tet holiday, the organizers plan to distribute 100 gift packages to 100 disadvantaged families in the commune.
Mr. Phan Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Mai Phu commune, said: "To ensure the program's success, we have meticulously planned and prepared the organization. This includes preparing the venue for the stage, reviewing and selecting eligible recipients, and developing plans to ensure security and order..."
With thorough preparation, rich content, and flexible organization, the art programs celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026 promise to become a distinctive cultural highlight, bringing to the people of Ha Tinh feelings of pride, confidence, and hope, ushering in a new year full of aspirations and success.
