U Minh Ha forest honey is appealing because of its pure, delicate sweetness, harvested under the vast melaleuca forest canopy, closely associated with the traditional beekeeping profession, a profession recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Essential oils from melaleuca and lemongrass, distilled manually by Mr. Huynh Khanh Lap (Vo Doi hamlet, Tran Hoi commune, Tran Van Thoi district), possess a distinctive aroma that helps relax, repel insects, and is also used as a beauty treatment. Currently, these essential oils are popular with locals and tourists.
