Many Vietnamese stars such as Hari Won, Ngoc Chau, Ho Bich Tram, Nguyen Vu... condemned the child abuse at Hoa Hong Shelter, hoping that authorities would handle it seriously.

On September 4, Thanh Nien Newspaper published an article "Crime in a shelter", reflecting the situation of many children at Hoa Hong Shelter (District 12, Ho Chi Minh City) being brutally abused by nannies. After that, the police agency stepped in to investigate. Initially, the functional units determined that there was abuse and illegal operations, so the authorities temporarily suspended operations.

When the incident spread on social media, many Vietnamese celebrities expressed their outrage at the behavior of the nannies at the Rose Shelter, and at the same time hoped that the authorities would strictly handle violations. Through the incident, Nguyen Vu believes that it is necessary to strongly condemn acts of violence and child abuse.
