Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Council meets voters before the third session

HNP - On the morning of December 2, Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Council held a meeting with voters before the third session of the Ward People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

At the Conference, delegates were informed of the expected agenda of the third session of the Ward People's Council; a summary report on the situation and results of the implementation of socio- economic development, security and defense tasks in 2025; socio-economic development tasks in 2026 of Hai Ba Trung Ward; a report of the Ward People's Committee responding to voters' petitions at the specialized voter contact conference on environmental sanitation in the ward.

The opinions expressed at the conference focused on a number of practical issues such as: public administrative procedures; social security work; environment, people's health care; ensuring order and urban civilization on the streets and in the Hai Ba Trung Lake area; protecting and restoring relics; opening relics to serve the people's religious needs.

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Council Chu Hong Minh said that the conference heard 12 opinions from voters representing the people in the ward.

In the above recommendations of voters, there are still some issues that have not been resolved completely and promptly, due to a number of different reasons, including regulations related to the decentralization and authorization of the City to wards since the implementation of the two-level local government model. Comrade Chu Hong Minh requested voters to continue to monitor and reflect so that people's livelihood issues are thoroughly resolved.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Chu Hong Minh said that the third session of the Ward People's Council is expected to take place on December 5 and 6 to discuss and decide on many important contents for 2026 as well as the 2026-2031 period of the ward.

Informing that the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council recorded and received all opinions and recommendations of voters to synthesize and submit to the Ward People's Council for consideration and resolution, comrade Chu Hong Minh requested the Ward People's Committee and departments, offices and units to continue to focus on resolving opinions and recommendations of voters.
