Nghia Do Ward People's Council held a regular year-end meeting

In 2025, the socio -economic development tasks of the ward achieved many positive results, with 2/9 targets exceeding the plan (the rate of households and residential groups recognized and maintaining the title of cultural family, cultural residential group), 7 targets achieved the plan.

Budget revenue is estimated at 82,398 billion VND, reaching 100% of the assigned estimate. The work of receiving people, resolving complaints and denunciations in the ward is especially focused on, closely following the tasks and goals, thoroughly resolving cases; there are no "hot spots".

Notably, the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward synchronously and comprehensively implemented the reception, settlement and return of administrative procedure results electronically. 100% of administrative records and documents are processed, circulated and monitored through the Hanoi City's document management software, contributing to reducing paperwork, saving time and improving operational efficiency.

100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Ward People's Committee are publicly disclosed, fully posted, and in accordance with regulations at the Public Administrative Service Point Headquarters, ensuring publicity, transparency, and ease of access. 9,324 records were resolved on time, reaching a rate of 100%.

Promoting the potential, strengths, and achievements in 2025, the conference agreed that in 2026, Nghia Do ward will continue to innovate its thinking and methods of leadership and management according to the "6 clear" motto: "Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority", striving to complete and exceed the set socio-economic targets.

In the immediate future, effectively implement the contents of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; develop high-quality service and trade sectors, especially on main streets, focusing on services, information technology, finance, banking, education , and private healthcare.

The ward continues to review and build stable revenue sources, implement measures and solutions to complete the 2026 budget revenue target; implement budget targets economically, effectively and promptly; effectively implement digital transformation in teaching and educational management. Strengthen integration and communication in education.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Nghia Do Ward, suggested that People's Council delegates should continue to demonstrate their role as representatives of voters, work together with the entire political system, and be determined to concretize the goals and tasks in the Resolution of the First Ward Party Congress and the city's direction into key tasks and specific solutions.

Regarding questioning activities, based on the provisions of the Law and the practical situation, the Ward People's Council will conduct questioning through documents. With the form of questioning in writing, the right to question of the delegates is still exercised according to the provisions of the law, in accordance with the practical situation of the ward.

The Ward People's Council has sent out ballots to ask for delegates' opinions on the groups of issues that need to be questioned. After synthesizing them before the opening of the session, the delegates sent them back and the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council compiled them into 8 opinions to send to the Ward People's Committee.
