According to Mr. Chu Van Cuong - Head of Import-Export Department of Samsung SEHC, due to the nature of the goods, the company often has problems that need to be handled urgently. Mr. Cuong cited cases such as urgent shipping needs, needing to correct declarations, or having to pull containers from one ship to catch another ship. Mr. Cuong said that in all these situations, the company always receives quick support from the staff.
