The establishment of the Vietnam KOL & KOC Club is considered an urgent step to standardize professional activities, especially when this force is having great influence in media and e-commerce. Statistics from A-KOL show that 79% of online consumers in Vietnam have purchased products based on recommendations from influential people.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Chairman of the Vietnam Advertising Association, affirmed that the club's goal is to gather a workforce of honest professionals, aiming for a transparent and sustainable operating environment.
He emphasized that the establishment of the Club is in line with the context of needing guidance, standardization and increased responsibility of influencers in the digital environment.

From the perspective of state management, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) said that the establishment of the Club at this time is extremely practical and timely.
He hopes that the Club will truly become a “common home” that closely connects state management agencies, social networking platforms, businesses and advertisers. The Club must support members not only in sales skills but more importantly in legal compliance and professional ethics.
“I hope you will take advantage of your influence to spread good values, actively participate in propaganda campaigns about civilized lifestyles, and build a healthy cultural environment on cyberspace,” Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy emphasized.
To realize the standardization goal, Ms. Tran Thi Dan Thanh, head of the Vietnam KOL & KOC Club , clearly stated three core values for members: legal safety, reputation verification mechanism and expanding professional connections.

At the launching ceremony, the Club also announced a series of comprehensive technology tools and solutions to support the professionalization of creative activities. These support tools include: Handbook KOL & KOC Vietnam (the first professional handbook on legal and ethical standards); media pass card (identification card to verify credibility) and vocational certification training program, helping to improve skills and standardize activities.
In particular, the Club officially announced a strategic technology solution called Super App KOL Plus. This application is positioned as a “digital career passport” exclusively for content creators, providing a comprehensive set of solutions to support sustainable development.
This platform integrates media pass cards, allowing brands and management agencies to authenticate members' identity and reputation in real-time via dynamic QR codes.
The application also provides tools to continuously update the regulations of the Advertising Law 2025, helping members easily comply with the law and create standardized professional profiles to effectively connect with businesses. This entire technology ecosystem is built and 100% funded by MVOT Group.
At the ceremony, representatives of MVOT Group officially handed over the rights to exploit this platform to the Club, committing to long-term operation and technical maintenance to serve the community.
