Highlights from the art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party"
On the evening of January 23rd, a special art program titled "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" was held at My Dinh National Stadium.

This is a large-scale cultural and political event, organized to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, and to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026).
The program was co-chaired by the Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, in collaboration with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and Vietnam Television. The event was broadcast live on VTV1 and retransmitted on local television stations and digital platforms, reaching a large audience both domestically and internationally. The program not only celebrates the success of the 14th National Congress but also honors the great and historically significant achievements of 40 years of Renovation. The program is oriented towards the Party with unwavering faith, expressing profound gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh . Elaborately staged, the program consists of three parts with a consistent theme: "New Vision - New Miracles - New Era". The artistic performances harmoniously combine music, dance, drama, and modern stage technology, vividly recreating the glorious historical journey of the nation under the leadership of the Party, from the struggle for independence to the current process of reform and deep integration. The artistic dragon performance, combined with modern stage graphics, recreates the strong aspiration for progress of the Vietnamese people in the new era. The iconic hammer and sickle symbol and the national flag on the main stage backdrop affirm the leading role of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The stage space recreates the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory, portraying the courage, intelligence, and indomitable will of the Vietnamese army and people. The image of the national flag was prominently displayed on the stage. The program brought together many famous artists along with more than 6,000 extras, including officers and soldiers of the armed forces and students from universities. These spectacular and highly symbolic performances left a strong impression, vividly demonstrating the power of national unity. Against a backdrop of stirring music, the capital's sky lit up with vibrant colors, concluding the artistic program with emotionally charged imagery that spread a spirit of pride, faith, and the aspiration for national progress under the glorious banner of the Party.
